View Analysis Results

To view the results of an analysis.

1. On the sidebar menu, select  Analyses to open the Analyses page.

2. (Optional) From the Status list, select Completed and then select Apply to show only completed analyses in the table.

3. Find and select an analysis to open its analysis results.

4. Select the Analysis Results tab.

The Analysis Results tab is organized into several panels:

• The Summary panel, which shows the following information.

  • Study results summary

    • Number of samples — The number of samples analyzed.

    • Total number of protein groups across samples

    • Average number of protein groups across samples

    • Total number of peptides across samples

    • Average number of peptides across samples

  • Analysis setup

    • Analysis name — The name of the analysis.

    • Run Types — The analysis protocol type, either DDA or DIA.

    • Analysis Protocol — The name of the analysis protocol applied to the analysis.

• Graphs panel, which gives you access to graphs you can use to visualize results data:

  • PCA Analysis graph

  • Hierarchical Clustering graph

• Data panel, which displays a table of data that you can use to view, filter, and export data used for the analysis.

  The Data panel replaces the results table formerly in the group analysis panel. It displays some of the same content as was displayed in the group analysis results table, but now also displays additional columns.

• Group Analysis panel, which you can use to run an analysis on more than one completed analyses.
