Specify plate information

Add plate map files.

In the Plate ID section of the Link to Plate dialog, link the MS data files to each plate.

1. Do either of the following:

   • To link to an existing plate, select Use Existing Plate, and then select a plate from the Select Existing Plate list.

   • To set up a new plate, complete the fields.

     • Plate ID — A unique identifier for the plate.

     • Plate Name — A descriptive name for the plate.

2. Select Next to advance.
