Reanalyze an analysis

Follow these steps on the Analyses page to reanalyze an analysis, which is useful when you want to select different analysis parameters on the same data. The original analysis is retained, and new analyses are created for which you can change analysis parameters such as MS method, and analysis protocol.

1. On the sidebar menu, select  Analyses to open the Analyses page.

2. Apply filters, as needed. For example, you can filter the list for Completed status only and/or for those in a specific Space.

3. Select an analysis to load the Summary panel.

4. On the Summary panel, select Reanalyze to open the Reanalyze wizard.

   The Reanalyze wizard pre-populates the Setup Analysis screen with information of the analysis you selected. You can modify setup fields, add and remove samples, and review the setup before starting the reanalysis process.

5. Edit the fields as needed.

6. When ready, select Start Analysis to queue the analysis.

   The re-analysis starts and you are returned to the Analyses page.
