Reanalyze one or more analyses

Follow these steps on the Analyses page to reanalyze one or more analyses, which is useful when you want to select different analysis parameters on the same data. The original analyses are retained, and new analyses are created for which you can change analysis parameters such as MS method, and analysis protocol.

1. On the sidebar menu, select  Analyses to open the Analyses page.

2. Apply filters, as needed. For example, you can filter the list for Completed status only and/or for those in a specific Space.

3. Select the checkbox of each analysis you want to reanalyze.

4. On the tool bar, select Reanalyze to open the Reanalyze dialog.

   If you selected multiple analyses, they will not be combined into one analysis. Instead, the Reanalyze dialog opens for the each analysis. You complete each form separately.

5. Edit the fields as needed. You can change:

   • The analysis’s name.

   • The MS method and analysis protocol.

   • The analysis’s description.

   • Any optional notes.

6. When ready, select Start to queue the analysis.

7. Select OK to close the dialog.
