Add the samples to a project

Add a sample description file (optional).

In the Add to project section of the Link to Plate dialog, add the samples to a new or existing project. Depending on your choices, the analysis will start immediately or will be deferred for later.

1. Add or select a project:

   • To add a new project, select New Project, enter a project name, and select Add.

   • To use an existing project, select it from the Select Project list.

   If your plate map file included the project name, you don’t need to add a new project yourself. PAS will have automatically added the project and selected it by default.

2. Select Add Plate, and then select Close.
