Delete analysis protocols

Follow these steps on the Analysis protocols page to delete custom (user-defined) analysis protocols.

You cannot delete protocols on the Seer Protocols page. You can only delete protocols from the Your Protocols page that are not currently in use by an existing analysis.

To delete a protocol:

1. On the sidebar menu, select  Analysis Protocol.

2. Find the protocol you want to delete, select the … menu at the end of the row, and select  .

   If the protocol is currently in use by an analysis. You will see a warning message.

3. Select OK to confirm.
